10 Barrel Brewing  Bend, OR

Joe IPA - This IPA was formally known as SAM named after it's hops; Somcoe, Amarillo & Mosaic but we were told that this would be a trademark issue with a large craft brewery out of the North-east so we had to change it.  We cycled through a bunch of generic names; BOB, TOM, DICK, DAN, Carl, Frank until we finally arrived on the perfect name for this IPA...JOE  6.9% ABV., 70 IBUs.

Piña - A light easy drinking wheat summer ale that is refreshing on a hot summer's day.  The wheat and yeast create a slight lemon acidity that makes the passion fruit  and pineapple pop.  4.7% ABV

Breakside Brewery  Milwaukie, OR

Lunch Break ISA - Our hop forward session beer, built for enjoying any time of day.  You'll find this brew to be full of juicy, classic hop flavor with just enough malt backbone to keep things in balance.  We reserve some of our favorite hops--Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial--to use in this beer, which gives the aroma a heady mix of orange marmalade, grapefruit, and resin.  5.2% ABV., 30 IBU's.

Post Time Kolsch - We've crafted an easy-drinking golden ale with a kiss of hop flavor and a touch of malt-drivensweetness.  We've stuck close to  German tradition in making this beer while also injecting it with our own Oregon twist, combining imported German malts with Willamette Valley-grown hops. 5% ABV., 18 IBU's.

Burnside Brewing  Portland, OR

Oatmeal Pale Ale - Brewed using copious amounts of Crystal, Galena, & Fuggle hop varietals.  This is a clean dry Pale Ale with a low bitterness and lots of hop flavor.  We have chosen to add 75 pounds of locally rolled oats to increase body and give our Pale a sweet creamy finish.  5.6% ABV., 44 IBU's.
