BITE OF OREGON ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy a variety of local entertainment at the 2010 Bite of Oregon. On Sysco’s Oregon Chef Stage culinary creations abound featuring both local Oregon Chefs and National Celebrity Chefs. Two music stages located at opposite ends of the festival will entertain and delight while you eat, drink and relax on the beautiful Portland Waterfront.

Sysco’s Oregon Chef Stage »
Adjacent to the MIX Wine Pavilion at the south end of the festival this culinary stage is all about the art of cooking! We are excited to feature Food Network Chef and Olympic Gold Medalist, Brian Boitano as well as Chef Dave Martin from Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” show.  Brian will be on stage on Saturday, August 7th and Sunday, August 8th. Chef Dave will be on stage on Saturday August 7th.  On Friday, August 6th and Saturday, August 7th the popular Iron Chef Oregon competitions presented by NW Natural return. Watch talented Oregon Chefs battle it out to see whose cuisine will reign supreme. See the full schedule on the link at the top of the page.

The Garden Stage »
Located at the north end of the festival adjacent to the Oregon Craft Beer Garden, the Garden Stage features a showcase of local and regional talent. Sit back and relax or get up and dance while you enjoy some of Oregon’s outstanding Craft Beers and tasty creations. The Vineyard Stage »
Adjacent to both Sysco’s Oregon Chef Stage and the MIX Wine Pavilion this expanded stage presents energetic acoustic ensembles to complement the programming on the Chef Stage and help you relax with your favorite Oregon wines. On the link at the top of the page you can find the talent schedule for this stage.

Community Stage »
Juggling, Steel Drums, Irish and Scottish dancing, an acrobat, a magician and a tap dancing saxophone player! Look for the Community Stage near the new US Bank Kid’s Faire and just east towards the Willamette River from the Oregon Dessert Pavilion. Grab some dessert and have fun watching the performers show off their many talents.
