BITE OF OREGON ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy a variety of local entertainment at the 2011 Bite of Oregon. On Sysco’s Oregon Chef Stage culinary creations abound featuring both local Oregon Chefs and National Celebrity Chefs. Two music stages located at opposite ends of the festival will entertain and delight while you eat, drink and relax on the beautiful Portland Waterfront.

Adjacent to the MIX Wine Pavilion at the south end of the festival, this culinary stage is all about the art of cooking! We are excited to feature both local and national culinary talent and we have more in store for you in 2011. On Friday, August 12th and Saturday, August 13th, the popular Iron Chef Oregon competitions presented by NW Natural return. Watch talented Oregon Chefs battle it out to see whose cuisine will reign supreme!
The Garden Stage »
Located at the north end of the festival adjacent to the Oregon Craft Beer Garden, the Garden Stage features a showcase of local and regional talent. Sit back and relax or get up and dance while you enjoy some of Oregon’s outstanding Craft Beers and tasty creations.
Pacific Northwest Wine Club Stage »
Adjacent to both Sysco’s Oregon Chef Stage and the MIX Wine Pavilion the Pacific Northwest Wine Club stage presents energetic acoustic ensembles to complement the programming on the Chefs Stage and help you relax with your favorite Oregon wines.
