The Bite of Oregon is the state's premier culinary festival. Each August this summer celebration is held at beautiful Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland to benefit Special Olympics Oregon.

The Resources area of our website offers a wealth of information for all. Members of the Media can view and download Press Releases on all major elements of the Bite as well as photographs to support coverage.Entertainers and Vendors will find application information for participation. But don't let this page be your last stop! The entire Bite website contains a wealth of festival highlights. So, come on down to The Bite of Oregon and experience Oregon's bounty for yourself.

Application Forms

Vendors
If you are a vendor and wish to apply for a booth at the Bite, please click on the application form and complete and return the form to us. Booth space is limited so be sure to get your form in early in order to be considered. First consideration will be given to vendors of a culinary nature.

Restaurants
If you are a restaurant and wish to apply for a booth at the Bite, please click on the
application form and complete and return the form to us. Restaurant selection is based on a variety of criteria including type of restaurant, location and cuisine. Booth space is limited so be sure to get your form in early in order to be considered.

Wineries
The Wine Pavilion has been one of the most successful attractions at the Bite of Oregon, renown for showcasing exceptional wines from around the state. The Bite provides an unrivaled opportunity for wine lovers to come together, share their passion for Oregon wine as well as enjoy the winners of the Bite of Oregon wine competition, known to help establish the popularity of many Oregon wineries.

Chef's Table
The Chef’s Table, back by popular demand, is an exciting way to allow restaurants/chefs from around the state to participate without having to make the full commitment to the three day event. All you bring is the food you are going to sell, your cooking utensils, marketing materials and your expertise. Click here for more details. Click here for application form.

Dessert Pavilion - Application submission due date: FULL for 2011
The Dessert Pavilion is a wonderful opportunity for bakeries, candy confectioners and the like to participate in the event by selling their unique and delectable dessert items. If you would like to be considered for participation, please click on the application form and complete and return the form to us.

Portland Food Cart Cuisine
Due to the big success at last year’s Bite of Oregon the Portland Food Cart Cuisine is bigger and better this year, offering a variety of even more unique eats! If you would like to be considered for participation, please click on the application form and complete and return the form to us.
